Dal 2011 la Scuola Specializzata Superiore Alberghiera e del Turismo (SSSAT) di Bellinzona gestisce le attività di ristorazione e banqueting a Castelgrande.
Il nostro obiettivo è quello di creare uno spazio di svolgimento delle attività di pratica e di apprendimento per gli studenti che frequentano la sezione alberghiera.
Viene loro offerta la possibilità di fare esperienza al di fuori dell’ambiente scolastico stando a contatto diretto con la clientela.
Il Grotto San Michele vi attende con la sua favolosa terrazza esterna e la caratteristica sala a volta, fra le suggestive mura ed i vigneti di Castelgrande con vista panoramica su Bellinzona.
