Al Ristorante Serta, la cucina attinge dalla filosofia mediterranea della Famiglia Braccia, con incursioni in altre realtà gastronomiche, e un occhio di riguardo per le specialità ticinesi. Ottime le specialità alla griglia e la pizza cotta nel forno a legna. I piatti proposti valorizzano la stagionalità dei prodotti e le materie prime di ottima qualità, cucinate sempre al momento.
Das Ristorante Serta ist herzlich, einfach und gepflegt eingerichtet und verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse mit Pergola. Wir haben eine grosse Parkplatz und für wen will übernachten, auch acht Zimmer mit 20 Betten vervollständigen das Aufenthaltsangebot. Bei dem Ristorante Serta, die immer nette Familie Braccia serviert lokale und mediterrane Küche, natürlich mit Tessiner Geschmacksnoten. Die Grillspezialitäten und Ofenpizzas sind herzlich zu empfehlen. Der lombardische Küchenchef Luciano Valsecchi verwendet saisonale Produkte von hoher Qualität, die immer frisch zubereitet werden.

Nous avons à disposition un grand parcage et aussi huit chambres à 20 places. Au Ristorante Serta, la cuisine est inspirée à la philosophie méditerranéenne de la famille Braccia, avec des notes d’autres réalités gastronomiques, toujours avec attention pour les spécialités tessinoises. Excellentes les spécialités à la grille et la pizza cuite dans le four à bois. Le chef lombarde Luciano Valsecchi donne beaucoup d’attention à la saisonnalité des produits et sur des matières premières de qualité excellente, toujours cuisinées au moment.

At the Ristorante Serta, the cuisine is inspired by the Mediterranean philosophy of family Braccia, with notes from other gastronomic realities, always focusing attention on local specialties. Excellent grilled specialties and pizza cooked in the wood-fired oven. Italian chef Luciano Valsecchi gives particular attention to seasonality of products and to high quality raw materials, always cooked at the moment.
