Lo Chef Cerioli prepara periodicamente un menù sorprendente, coniugando tradizione e modernità, ingredienti ticinesi ed elementi multiculturali: golosità di carne e pesce, pasta e dessert fatti in casa, “piatti forti” come lo Spiedone e il Cordon Bleu, proposte vegetariane. Anche la panificazione è autoprodotta, e d’estate non mancano le verdure dell’orto in giardino.
Durante la bella stagione è d’obbligo passare a gustare un pasto e godere della splendida terrazza con pergolato e tavoli in pietra.

Chefkoch Cerioli stellt regelmäßig ein überraschendes Menü zusammen, das Tradition und Moderne, tessiner Zutaten und multikulturelle Elemente vereint: Fleisch- und Fischspezialitäten, hausgemachte Pasta und Desserts, “starke Gerichte” wie Spiedone und Cordon Bleu und vegetarische Vorschläge. Sogar das Brot ist selbst gebacken, und im Sommer fehlt es nicht an Gemüse aus dem Garten.
Bei schönem Wetter sollte man unbedingt zum Essen vorbeischauen und die schöne Terrasse mit Pergola und Steintischen genießen.

Le chef Cerioli prépare périodiquement un menu surprenant, alliant tradition et modernité, ingrédients tessinois et éléments multiculturels : délices de viande et de poisson, pâtes et desserts maison, “plats forts” comme le Spiedone et le Cordon Bleu, et propositions végétariennes. Même le pain est fait maison et, en été, les légumes du jardin ne manquent pas.
Par beau temps, il est indispensable de s’arrêter pour manger et de profiter de la belle terrasse avec sa pergola et ses tables en pierre.
