Più di 80 anni fa, un certo Abbondio Calderari apre l’antico Grotto, a cui lega il suo nome nella forma dialettale di “Bundi”. Oggi come allora, il Grotto Bundi accoglie i suoi ospiti immerso in una natura incontaminata ai piedi del Monte Generoso. Genuinità e tradizione si fondono in una calda atmosfera familiare per dar vita a piatti prelibati serviti con passione da Sandrine e Stefano Romelli, proprietari e gerenti dal 1993. La polenta cotta al camino viene proposta in innumerevoli varianti insieme a selvaggina, carne, funghi.
Abbondio Calderari eröffnete vor mehr als achtzig Jahren das antike Grotto, welches er in dialektischer Ableitung seines Namens “Bundi” nannte. Heute, empfängt das “Grotto Bundi” seine Gäste in mitten eines unberührten Naturgebietes am Fuße des “Monte Generoso”. Natureinheit und Tradition verschmelzen zu einer warmen, herzlichen und familiären Atmosphäre. Hier kreieren Sandrine und Stefano Romelli seit 1993 köstliche Gerichte, die sie mit Leidenschaft servieren. Der über dem Feuer zubereitete “Polenta” in zahlreichen Varianten zusammen mit Wild, Fleisch und Pilzen angerichtet wird.

Aujourd’hui comme alors, le Grotto Bundi accueille ses hôtes au milieu d’une nature préservée, au pied du Mont Generoso. Depuis 1993les propriétaires et gérants Sandrine et Stefano Romelli servent avec passion de délicieux plats dans une atmosphère familiale chaleureuse où authenticité et tradition se mélangent avec bonheur. La polenta, cuite à la cheminée, est proposée en innombrable variétés avec du gibier, de la viande et des champignons.
