Erbe Ticino ha una precisa missione: intende valorizzare la cultura qualitativa delle erbe officinali, curate e cresciute in Ticino. Si desidera creare, insieme al sostegno della Fondazione San Gottardo, un vero e proprio centro di competenze di erbe officinali e fitoprodotti a Melano. Erbe Ticino si rivolge agli abili agricoltori Ticinesi, tra cui diverse Fondazioni (San Gottardo, Otaf, Diamante, Ca Stella, La Fonte) e l’Azienda agraria di Mezzana e li accompagna in questo settore di produzione per ottenere erbe officinali di elevata qualità, secondo i canoni delle colture Bio e dove la lavorazione avviene in gran parte ancora a mano. Erbe Ticino acquista questi preziosi raccolti e li trasforma in tisane (tisana Olivone, Brumana e dei Ghiacci) con eccellenti proprietà benefiche e pregiati prodotti per la gastronomia a km 0, attentamente selezionati e nutriti di sola natura. Una gastronomia gustosa, sana ed equilibrata con tutto il sapore del Ticino.
Natur, Quellen, Berge und Seen. Fruchtbare Erde, entstanden von der Alpen-Wasserscheide zwischen Norden und Süden, warme Gebiete, vom nördlichen Föhn gestreichelt, aber vor allem auch von viel, viel Sonne erhellt. Es ist in solchen Bedingungen dass die Heilkräuter das Beste von sich geben und diese Bedingungen heissen Tessin. Tessin ist Land von Künstlern und Leidenschaft für die Erde. In den vergangenen Jahrhunderten wurden erdverbundene Tätigkeiten ins Leben gerufen, die die Geschichte des Kantons zeichneten: vom Seidenspinner zur Tabakindustrie, von der Käsekunst zum ausgezeichneten Gemüsebau, bis hin zur heutigen Zeit, wo der Weinbau dominiert und die Vollendung grosser Weine erlaubt. Erbe Ticino hat eine präzise Mission: das Aufwerten des qualitativen Anbaus von im Tessin gezüchteten Heilkräutern. Man hat den Wunsch, mit der Unterstützung der Fondazione San Gottardo, in Melano ein wahres Kompetenzcenter für Heilkräuter und pflanzliche Produkte zu kreieren. Erbe Ticino wendet sich an die fähigen tessiner Landwirte, darunter verschiedene Stiftungen (San Gottardo, Otaf, Diamante, Ca Stella, La Fonte) und der Agrarbetrieb von Mezzana und begleitet sie in diesem Produktionsbereich, um hochwertige Heilkräuter zu erhalten, gemäss den Normen des Bio-Anbaus, wo die Verarbeitung noch zum grossen Teil von Hand geschieht. Erbe Ticino kauft diese kostbaren Ernten und verwandelt sie in Kräutertees (tisana Olivone, Brumana und dei Ghiacci) mit ausgezeichneten heilbringenden Eigenschaften und in wertvolle Produkte für die null-km-Gastronomie, sorgfältig ausgewählt und nur von der Natur genährt. Eine schmackhafte Gastronomie, gesund und ausgeglichen, mit dem ganzen Geschmack vom Tessin.

C’est dans ce cadre aux conditions parfaites que les herbes médicinales trouvent leur terrain propice, des conditions appelées Tessin. Tessin est une région d’artistes et de passion pour la terre. Les activités liées à la terre qui virent le jour au cours des siècles derniers virent marquer l’histoire du Canton : du ver à soie à l’industrie du tabac, de l’art de la fromagerie à l’excellente horticulture, pour arriver jusqu’à notre époque où la viticulture dominante permet de produire de grands crus. La mission d’Erbe Ticino est très précise: valoriser la culture qualitative des herbes médicinales qui poussent et se développent dans le Tessin. L’objectif est de créer, avec le soutien de la Fondation Saint Gothard, un véritable centre de compétences en matière d’herbes médicinales et de produits à base de plantes à Melano. Erbe Ticino s’adresse aux agriculteurs du Tessin, dont de nombreuses fondations (San Gottardo, Otaf, Diamante, Ca Stella, La Fonte) et à l’Exploitation agricole de Mezzana, pour les accompagner dans ce secteur de production et obtenir des herbes médicinales de haute qualité, conformément aux principes de la culture Bio, et où la transformation est encore essentiellement manuelle. Erbe Ticino achète ces précieuses récoltes pour les transformer en tisanes (tisane Olivone, Brumana et des Glaciers) aux excellentes propriétés bénéfiques et en produits d’excellence pour la gastronomie à km 0, soigneusement sélectionnés et cultivés uniquement de façon naturelle. Une gastronomie délicieuse, saine et équilibrée avec toute la saveur du Tessin.

Erbe Ticino purchases these precious harvests and transforms them into herbal teas, (Olivone, Brumana and dei Ghiacci) with excellent beneficial health properties, and much sought-after local gastronomic products, carefully selected and nourished by nature alone.
