Nel nucleo di Claro sorge l’Antica Osteria del Carlin, una suggestiva costruzione in sasso che risale ai primi anni del ‘900. Nel 2003 è il locale è stato completamente ristrutturato per poter offrire alla clientela un maggiore comfort, pur mantenendo le caratteristiche della tipica casa ticinese di quegli anni. Nell’accogliente sala con camino, una collezione di quadri moderni alle pareti fa da contraltare al legno e alla pietra, creando un’atmosfera calda e accogliente; in estate è un piacere pranzare o cenare nella bella terrazza con pergola. Romina e Salvatore accolgono la clientela con cortesia e professionalità, facendo compiere al buongustaio un viaggio emozionante nella cucina mediterranea, con piatti internazionali e locali, tutti molto equilibrati nei sapori e ben presentati. Um den Gästen einen erhöhten Komfort zu bieten, wurde es 2003 komplett renoviert, behielt jedoch die Strukturen des alten Tessiner Hauses bei. Im gemütlichen Saal mit Kamin kontrastieren moderne Gemälde mit den Holz- und Steinelementen des Hauses, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Im Sommer ist die schöne Terrasse mit Pergola besonders einladend. Romina und Salvatore heissen ihre Gäste herzlich willkommen und umsorgen sie auf professionelle Art und Weise. Feinschmecker geniessen eine mediterrane Küche mit internationalen Gerichten, können aber auch heimische Gerichte bestellen. Alle sind im Geschmack ausgeglichen und werden mit Liebe präsentiert. Die Weinkarte hat Tropfen bekannter Tessiner und italienischer Produzenten zur Auswahl.
The Antica Osteria del Carlin, an evocative stone building dating back to the early 1900s, stands in the heart of Claro. In 2003, the establishment was completely restructured to offer greater comfort to guests, while still preserving the characteristics of a typical Ticinese house from the period. In the welcoming dining hall with a fireplace, a collection of modern paintings on the walls offsets the wood and stone, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. In summer, having lunch or dinner under the arbour on the pretty terrace is a real pleasure. Romina and Salvatore receive guests with courtesy and professionalism, leading foodies on an exciting journey through Mediterranean cuisine, featuring both local and international dishes, which are all well-presented and offer perfectly balanced flavours. The wine list allows diners to choose from famous labels from Ticinese and Italian producers.

En 2003, le local a été complètement restructuré pour pouvoir offrir un plus grand confort à la clientèle, tout en maintenant les caractéristiques de la maison tessinoise typique de ces années là. Dans l’accueillante salle avec cheminée, une collection de tableaux modernes contraste avec le bois et la pierre, créant ainsi une atmosphère conviviale et accueillante ; en été il est agréable de manger ou souper sur la belle terrasse avec son pergola.
