\nLo Chef Cerioli prepara periodicamente un men\u00f9 sorprendente, coniugando tradizione e modernit\u00e0, ingredienti ticinesi ed elementi multiculturali: golosit\u00e0 di carne e pesce, pasta e dessert fatti in casa, \u201cpiatti forti\u201d come lo Spiedone e il Cordon Bleu, proposte vegetariane. Anche la panificazione \u00e8 autoprodotta, e d\u2019estate non mancano le verdure dell\u2019orto in giardino.

\nChefkoch Cerioli stellt regelm\u00e4\u00dfig ein \u00fcberraschendes Men\u00fc zusammen, das Tradition und Moderne, tessiner Zutaten und multikulturelle Elemente vereint: Fleisch- und Fischspezialit\u00e4ten, hausgemachte Pasta und Desserts, “starke Gerichte” wie Spiedone und Cordon Bleu und vegetarische Vorschl\u00e4ge. Sogar das Brot ist selbst gebacken, und im Sommer fehlt es nicht an Gem\u00fcse aus dem Garten.

\nLe chef Cerioli pr\u00e9pare p\u00e9riodiquement un menu surprenant, alliant tradition et modernit\u00e9, ingr\u00e9dients tessinois et \u00e9l\u00e9ments multiculturels : d\u00e9lices de viande et de poisson, p\u00e2tes et desserts maison, “plats forts” comme le Spiedone et le Cordon Bleu, et propositions v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes. \nChef Cerioli periodically prepares a surprising menu, combining tradition and modernity, Ticinese ingredients and multicultural elements: meat and fish delicacies, homemade pasta and desserts, “main dishes” such as Spiedone and Cordon Bleu, vegetarian proposals. Even the baking is self-made, and in summer there is no shortage of vegetables from the garden in the garden.
\nDuring warm weather, dropping by for a meal and enjoying the beautiful terrace with pergola and stone tables is a must.
