Le pietanze cucinate sul fuoco a legna acquisiscono un sapore particolare, come la polenta che si pu\u00f2 degustare tutti i giorni. Il grotto offre anche altre specialit\u00e0 per i palati pi\u00f9 esigenti, con ricette inedite. Da non dimenticare il periodo della cacciagione e dei funghi. Die rustikalen Geb\u00e4ude und die atemberaubende Aussicht verleihen dem Grotto eine romantische und gem\u00fctliche Atmosph\u00e4re. Die K\u00fcche im Grotto La Ginestra ist authentisch und typisch f\u00fcr den Ort. \u00dcber dem Holzfeuer gekochte Gerichte erhalten einen besonderen Geschmack, wie zum Beispiel die Polenta, die man jeden Tag genie\u00dfen kann. Die Grotte bietet auch andere Spezialit\u00e4ten mit ungew\u00f6hnlichen Rezepten f\u00fcr den anspruchsvollen Gaumen. Nicht zu vergessen ist die Zeit der Wildgerichte und Pilze.
