Andrea Poggi \u00e8 tornato ai fornelli dopo una lunga esperienza in altri continenti e ha rilevato l\u2019osteria dalla mamma Anna Maria Biffi Kistler che l\u2019ha gestita per 25 anni; Andrea l\u2019ha resa sempre pi\u00f9 accogliente per chi vuole gustare una cucina che valorizza il territorio e la qualit\u00e0 dell\u2019offerta.<\/p>\n

Im Muggiotal in Sagno gelegen, wurde die Osteria Ul Furmighin, zu Deutsch “zur Ameise”, von einer Genossenschaft gegr\u00fcndet mit dem Ziel, Sagno davor zu bewahren, ein Geisterdorf zu werden. Die K\u00fcche ist einfach und doch raffiniert und im eingegliederten Laden warten auf K\u00e4ufer neben Alltags- auch Tessiner Produkte, insbesondere K\u00e4se aus dem Muggiotal. Die Verwendung von Produkten aus der Region und ihre gesunde Zubereitung sind der Osteria Ul Furmighin sehr wichtig. Die Osteria wird im Slow Food F\u00fchrer empfohlen, f\u00fcr kulturelles Engagement und f\u00fcr zuverl\u00e4ssige Qualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n
