Il ristorante, inoltre, presenta regolarmente proposte molto particolari, che permettono di vivere esperienze culinarie fuori dall’ordinario: menu speciali per le rassegne gastronomiche o altre occasioni, cene con spettacoli teatrali, cene a lume di candela, cene tematiche, ecc.. Il Ristorante Defanti propone una cucina creativa, del territorio con accenti internazionali, basata sulla stagionalit\u00e0 e qualit\u00e0 dei prodotti, con piatti curati in ogni dettaglio. Sandra und Cesare empfehlen ihren G\u00e4sten authentische und frische Gerichte. Regelm\u00e4ssig werden im Restaurant aussergew\u00f6hnliche Speisen angeboten: spezielle Men\u00fcs im Rahmen von Gastro-Reihen oder von anderen Anl\u00e4ssen, Abendessen mit Theatervorstellungen, Nachtessen bei Kerzenlicht, Themenabende, usw. Die K\u00fcche ist kreativ und einheimisch mit internationalen Geschmacksnoten. Die Gerichte werden mit saisongerechten und qualitativ hochstehenden Produkten liebevoll zubereitet. Das Restaurant mit Tagesmen\u00fc ist auch geeignet f\u00fcr Firmenessen, Geburtstags-, Familien- und Hochzeitsfeiern.
