Nel Sottoceneri e sul Piano di Magadino, in campo aperto o in moderne serre, crescono pomodori (ortaggio leader della produzione cantonale), zucchine, insalate, melanzane, carote, patate, cavolfiori e molte altre verdure baciate dal sole del Ticino.<br \/>\nIl pregio delle verdure nostrane non \u00e8 solo il sapore autentico, ma anche la genuinit\u00e0 (assenza di OGM e impiego di metodi di coltivazione rispettosi dell\u2019ambiente) e la freschezza di un orto soleggiato che segue il lento alternarsi delle stagioni. Di nicchia anche la produzione di frutta, soprattutto pere e mele (dalle quali si ricava un ottimo succo), con piccole coltivazioni di fragole e mirtilli; in molti orti e giardini, oltre all\u2019immancabile gambo di vite, spesso colorano le stagioni gli alberi di ciliegie, fichi e cachi. Oltre alle marmellate, gelatine e composte prodotte in modo casalingo e artigianale, da scoprire sono le mostarde di verdure e frutta (anche nella versione pur\u00e9e), che la Sandro Vanini di Rivera produce da oltre 50 anni con ricette antiche e segrete, e che sposano carni e formaggi. Scegliere gli ortaggi e la frutta ticinese e di stagione, non solo permette di apprezzare il gusto e la genuinit\u00e0 di prodotti raccolti da poche ore, ma significa anche tutelare e valorizzare il paesaggio, garantendo il futuro alle aziende orticole.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator color=&#8221;black&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1597237105197{margin-top: 30px !important;margin-bottom: 60px !important;}&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;francese&#8221;]Das Gem\u00fcse und die Fr\u00fcchte<br \/>\nIn einer Epoche, in der alles globalisiert wird (inklusive des Geschmackes), interessiert den Konsumenten die kurze Nahrungskette immer mehr. Er schenkt Produkten vermehrt Beachtung, die gesund und Ausdruck des Territoriums sind von dem sie stammen. Im Sottocenteri und in der Magadinoebene, auf freiem Feld oder in modernen Gew\u00e4chsh\u00e4usern wachsen Tomaten (das Leader-Gem\u00fcse unseres Kantons), Zucchetti, Salate, Aubergine, Karotten, Kartoffeln, Blumenkohl und viel andere von der Sonne des Tessins gek\u00fcssten Gem\u00fcsesorten. Der Vorzug unseres Gem\u00fcses ist nicht nur der authentische Geschmack, sondern auch seine Unverf\u00e4lschtheit (ohne OGM und unter Verwendung von Anbaumethoden, die die Umwelt respektieren) und die Frische eines sonnigen Gem\u00fcsegartens, der dem gem\u00fctlichen Wechsel der Jahreszeiten folgt. Als Nischenprodukt bauen wir auch Fr\u00fcchte an: Vor allem Birnen und \u00c4pfel (aus denen ein hervorragender Saft gewonnen wird), ausserdem gibt es auch einen geringen Anbau von Erd- und Heidelbeeren.<br \/>\nViele Gem\u00fcse- und andere G\u00e4rten werden \u2013 ausser von den nicht wegzudenkenden Reben \u2013 auch noch von Kirsch-, Feigenund Kakib\u00e4umen geziert. Neben den nach Hausfrauenart produzierten Konfit\u00fcren, Gelatinen und Kompotten lohnt<br \/>\nes sich, auch den in Senfsauce eingelegten Gem\u00fcsen und Fr\u00fcchten (auch in p\u00fcrierter Form) Beachtung zu schenken, die Sandro Vanini in Rivera seit \u00fcber 50 Jahren nach antiken Rezepten und Geheimnissen herstellt. Sie schmecken hervorragend zu Fleisch und K\u00e4se. Die Tessiner Gem\u00fcse und Fr\u00fcchte der Saison zu w\u00e4hlen, heisst den Geschmack und die Reinheit der vor wenigen Stunden gepfl\u00fcckten Produkte zu geniessen. Es bedeutet aber auch die Landschaft aufzuwerten und unseren landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben eine Zukunft zu garantieren.<br \/>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator color=&#8221;black&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1597237137203{margin-top: 30px !important;margin-bottom: 60px !important;}&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;tedesco&#8221;]Fruits et l\u00e9gumes<br \/>\nDans une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 tout est globalis\u00e9, y compris le go\u00fbt, le consommateur est de plus en plus attentif \u00e0 une fili\u00e8re alimentaire courte, et recherche des produits qui soient sains et l\u2019expression du territoire dans lequel ils sont cultiv\u00e9s. Dans le Sottoceneri et sur le Piano di Magadino, en champs ouverts ou dans des serres modernes, poussent tomates (l\u00e9gume leader de la production cantonale), courgettes, salades, aubergines, carottes, patates, choux-fleurs et autres l\u00e9gumes r\u00e9chauff\u00e9s par le soleil du Tessin. La valeur des l\u00e9gumes \u201cnostrani\u201d (de chez nous) n\u2019est pas seulement la vraie saveur, mais aussi l\u2019authenticit\u00e9: absence de OGM et emploi de m\u00e9thodes de culture respectueuses de l\u2019environne- ment. Et la fra\u00eecheur d\u2019un potager ensoleill\u00e9 qui suit le lent changement des saisons. Une production de niche: celle des fruits, surtout poires et pommes, desquelles est obtenu un excellent jus, et des petites cultures de framboises et myrtilles; dans beaucoup de potagers et jardins, outre le pied de vigne, souvent les cerisiers, les figuiers et l\u2019arbre \u00e0 kaki colorent les saisons. In the Sottoceneri region and on the Magadino Plain, a wide range of vegetables are grown in sun-kissed open fields and modern greenhouses. These include tomatoes (the most common vegetable grown in the canton), courgettes, lettuces, aubergines, carrots, potatoes and cauliflowers.<br \/>\nThe local produce is not only prized for its authentic flavour, but also its naturalness (GM-free and grown using environmentally friendly methods) and freshness \u2013 the result of small-scale production in sunny fields that follows the slow changing of the seasons. There is also a niche fruit market, especially apples and pears (both of which can be turned into wonderful juice), as well as small strawberry and bilberry crops; the omnipresent grape vines are often joined in gardens by cherry, fig and persimmon trees, with colours that change with the seasons. As well as hand-crafted jams, jellies and compotes, the fruit and vegetable mustards (including a pur\u00e9ed version) produced for over 50 years by Sandro Vanini in Rivera using secret, ancient recipes are also worth investigating. They provide the perfect accompaniment to meats and cheeses.
