Il ristorante dispone di una sala per banchetti da 140 posti, una sala con camino da 45 posti e altre sale per riunioni da 30 e 60 posti, nonch\u00e9 una cascina d&#8217;alpe (ca. 15 persone). All&#8217;ospite, il Caseificio dimostrativo permette di compiere una visita alla struttura e al Museo dell&#8217;alpeggio, di vedere un filmato sulla produzione del formaggio e addirittura di produrlo con l&#8217;assistenza di un casaro. Clienti e visitatori possono anche assistere ai diversi momenti della lavorazione. Das Restaurant verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen grossen Saal f\u00fcr Bankette mit 140 Pl\u00e4tzen, einen Saal mit Kamin mit 45 Pl\u00e4tzen und andere Sitzungss\u00e4le mit 30 bis 60 Pl\u00e4tzen. Die Alph\u00fctte f\u00fcr 15 Personen vervollst\u00e4ndigt das Angebot. Die G\u00e4ste k\u00f6nnen die K\u00e4serei und das Museum besuchen, einen Film \u00fcber die K\u00e4seherstellung ansehen und selber mit einem Experten K\u00e4se herstellen.
