[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=”tedesco”]Inserito nel nucleo \u201cCa d’ Varanz\u00e9n\u201d la costruzione del Grotto Canvett risale a fine 1800; la costruzione attuale rispetta le caratteristiche originali del grotto. Nel 1948 fu aperto per la prima volta al pubblico e nel 1991 \u00e8 stato completamente ristrutturato. Il grotto, circondato da piante e fiori, \u00e8 dotato di un\u2019ampia terrazza con una splendida vista su Malvaglia e le sue valli, e un piccolo cantinino dove sono conservati e tenuti al fresco salumi, formaggi, verdure, vini e bibite. Al piano superiore, un\u2019accogliente sala con camino, utilizzata in primavera e autunno, quando le giornate si accorciano e la temperatura esterna non permette pi\u00f9 lo sfruttamento della terrazza. La cucina propone soprattutto piatti tradizionali preparati con prodotti della Valle di Blenio, dando preferenza ad aziende biologiche riconosciute e al loro orto. Jahrhunderts gebaut. Das heutige Geb\u00e4ude wurde sanft renoviert und spiegelt die urspr\u00fcnglichen Strukturen des Grotto wider. Das Grotto Canvett, inmitten der gr\u00fcnen Natur, verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine grosse Terrasse mit einmaliger Sicht auf Malvaglia und seine T\u00e4ler. Im k\u00fchlen kleinen Keller werden Wurstwaren, K\u00e4se, Gem\u00fcse, Weine und Getr\u00e4nke gelagert. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich ein gem\u00fctlicher Saal mit Kamin, der im Fr\u00fchling und Herbst die R\u00e4umlichkeiten w\u00e4rmt, wenn die Tage k\u00fcrzer und die Aussentemperaturen zu niedrig sind, um draussen zu verweilen. Die Gerichte sind traditionell und werden haupts\u00e4chlich mit Produkten aus dem Bleniotal zubereitet, wobei biologische Betriebe bevorzugt werden. Le b\u00e2timent actuel respecte les charact\u00e9ristiques originales du grotto. En 1948, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert au public pour la premi\u00e8re fois et en 1991 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9nov\u00e9. Le lieu, entour\u00e9 de plantes et de fleurs, poss\u00e8de une grande terrasse avec une belle vue sur Malvaglia et ses vall\u00e9es, et une petite cave o\u00f9 sont stock\u00e9s et conserv\u00e9s viandes fra\u00eeches, fromages, l\u00e9gumes, vins et boissons gazeuses. A l’\u00e9tage, une salle \u00e0 manger confortable avec une chemin\u00e9e, utilis\u00e9e au printemps et en automne, lorsque les jours raccourcissent et la temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure ne permet pas l’exploitation de la terrasse. Le menu propose principalement des plats traditionnels pr\u00e9par\u00e9s avec des produits du Val Blenio, donnant la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 des fermes biologiques reconnues et \u00e0 leur potager. The present building respects the original design of the grotto. In 1948 it has been opened for the first time to the public; in 1991 it has been completely renovated. The grotto, surrounded by plants and flowers, has a large terrace with a beautiful view of Malvaglia and its valleys, and a small wine cellar where fresh meats, cheeses, vegetables, wines and soft drinks are stocked. Upstairs, a cozy dining room with fireplace, used in spring and autumn, when the days get shorter and the temperature outside does not allow the use of the terrace. The menu offers mainly traditional dishes prepared with products from the Blenio Valley, giving preference to organic farms and their vegetable garden.
