A seconda del tempo si pu\u00f2 pranzare all’aperto sulla terrazza o in una delle sale da pranzo. Agli ospiti sono proposte specialit\u00e0 mediterranee, internazionali e svizzere, cos\u00ec come prelibatezze di stagione e piatti pi\u00f9 elaborati per i buongustai che vogliono togliersi un capriccio, come il famoso \u201cblack-rock\u201d (carne o pesce cotte su pietra vulcanica ad altissima temperatura). Le specialit\u00e0 includono i migliori piatti della cucina ticinese. Il tutto accompagnato da una vasta scelta di vini, da gustare anche nell\u2019enoteca ospitata in una sala a volte del 1300. Nella “Sala degli Artisti” si \u00e8 invece trasportati nel meraviglioso mondo delle star del cinema e durante l’annuale Film Festival di Locarno, si pu\u00f2 anche avere la fortuna di incontrare di persona le star.
